Challenge
We were given the challenge of bringing Slovenské elektrárne back to its roots back home.
Rebranding Slovenské Elektrárne, the country’s leading energy provider, was more than a visual update it was about reconnecting the brand with its national roots. Our goal was to create a homebrand, one that embodies Slovakia’s cultural identity while ensuring consistency across all company divisions.

The main inspiration for the new design manual was the folk architecture of the Slovak village of Čičmany and the graphic connection of folkloric elements with schematic symbols of an electrical circuit.
