About position
We are looking for a UX Designer to help define the next generation of in-car digital experiences. You will work closely with UI Designers, Developers, and Product Teams to shape intuitive, user-centred solutions that merge functionality with emotion. Your work will influence how people interact with vehicle systems from concept to production ensuring that every interaction feels natural, purposeful, and aligned with brand identity.
Objectives of this Role
Your goal is to transform complex requirements into clear, meaningful user journeys and interaction patterns. You will create wireframes, prototypes, and interaction models that enhance usability, accessibility, and the overall digital experience within the vehicle ecosystem.
You should have
- Proven experience in UX design with a strong understanding of user-centred design principles
- Ability to define information architecture, user flows, and interaction logic for digital systems
- Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar prototyping and design software
- Experience working closely with UI Designers and Developers to ensure seamless translation from concept to implementation
- Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating design rationale to stakeholders across teams
- Analytical mindset with the ability to balance creativity and functionality
- Understanding of automotive UX, HMI, or other complex digital environments is an advantage
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and multicultural setting
