About position
We’re looking for a CMF Designer to join our automotive design studio and shape the visual and tactile identity of future vehicles. You’ll be involved throughout the entire design process from creative concept development to production ensuring that colour, material, and finish choices express the brand’s character and vision. Working closely with design, engineering, and production teams, you’ll turn inspiration and research into refined, production-ready solutions.
Objectives of this Role
You should have
- Degree in Textile Design, Fashion Design, Transportation or Product Design, or Industrial Design
- Proven experience in CMF design and an understanding of how CMF supports the identity and character of a vehicle
- Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and proficiency with visualization tools such as VRED and Blender
- Experience in creating mood boards, material collections, and CMF presentations
- Ability to research trends, benchmark competitors, and translate findings into creative, relevant concepts
- Strong communication and presentation skills with an eye for aesthetics and storytelling
- A collaborative mindset, passion for design, and the ability to manage multiple projects with creativity and precision
